  • Where is my order?
    You may track your item by providing the tracking number in the Tracking Page.
  • Can I use more than one promotional/discount code on my order?
    You can only use one promotion code at a time.
  • How do I redeem a promo code?
    Once you have selected the items for your order, click on the shopping bag icon and start the checkout process. On the checkout page, you‘ll see a field that says PROMO CODE. Enter the code exactly as it appears (codes are case-sensitive and may include special characters), then click APPLY. You can only use one promotion code at a time, and you can’t apply a promotion code after you've submitted your order.
  • Which payment method do you accept?
    We accept: - Payment via PayPal We currently do not provide option for Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method.
  • When can I receive my order?
    All orders will be shipped in 7 - 14 working days depending on delivery areas in Malaysia. International shipping will take approximately 2 months. You can refer to our shipping page here.
  • My tracking number does not work. What do I do?
    Usually when parcel is in transit, there will be no updates however, if you have concerns regarding your parcel, feel free to reach out to us at marketing.lailai@gmail.com for us to further assist you with your order.
  • My order got sent back to the sender. What do I do?
    In cases where you did not manage to receive your item due to failed delivery, please let us know via email marketing.lailai@gmail.com. Note that a re-shipping fee depending on location will incur.
  • To make an exchange request.
    Sure! You may refer here for our exchange policy. (Apply only on Malaysia's order)
  • Received a defective item.
    With a stringent quality check in place, sometimes these defective items slip through the cracks. We'd like to make this right by sending you a replacement. Do send us pictures of the defect and send it to marketing.lailai@gmail.com for us to process a replacement for you right away. (Apply only for Malaysia's order)
  • Received the wrong order.
    Do email us at marketing.lailai@gmail.com for us to rearrange for the right order to be sent your way as soon as possible. (Apply only on Malaysia's order)
